You are someone who is capable of Driving Success with a wide range of Diverse Responsibilities.As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Achieving and Exceeding Sales Targets
• Driving the Sales Efforts and Customer Relationships in the Store through excelling in Customer Service and Selling Techniques
• Lead Daily Store Operations/Maintenance & Merchandising
• Team Leadership & Development
• Roster Scheduling

WHO YOU AREYou are amazing at Managing your Priorities while working in a High Paced Environment with new Challenges every day. You have strong Self-Leadership, Organizational and Interpersonal Skills, as well as Tactical Thinking and a Creative Mind.

• 1-3 years of Experience of working with Sales as Senior Sales Associate, Supervisor, or 2IC
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Strong Communication and Influencing Skills
• Strong Leadership Skills and Experience in Building Strong Teams
• Passionate about your Role, Team and the DW Brand
