Bretts Timber and Hardware have been a mainstay of the Brisbane building industry for over 100 years with 5 major divisions all stemming from our timber and hardware origins. With over 300 staff and 9 locations we provide an outstanding level of service to our clients.
The Role
Our Retail Trade Sales Staff play a vital role in the effective functioning of our team. You'll be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers by taking the time to understand their needs and providing them with effective and appropriate product recommendations. In addition you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders
- Working with external sales and warehouse team to ensure excellent customer service
About You
You will be a passionate about the industry and have a minimum of 2 years industry experience with:
- proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- attention to detail and organisational skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- proficient with computers systems
Knowledge of timber or trade products would be an advantage.
