- Trade / trade sales experience highly regarded (We're also keen to talk to tradies wanting to put down the tools).
- Track record which shows ability to work to KPIs
- Ability to work with and understand tools/power tools and maintain a high level of safety standards
- Confident with computer softwares
- Processing over-the-counter/phone sale transactions
- Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
- Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
- Merchandising and store displays
- Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
