Anglicare is seeking expressions of interest for the Retirement Village Administration Officer position. This role is crucial in supporting the Retirement Village Community Manager by ensuring the efficient operation of the administration office and compliance with Anglicare's policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Retirement Village Community Manager, including general administration, reception duties, and coordinating payroll activities.
- Record, process, and monitor repairs and maintenance requests, engage contractors, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Foster positive relationships and maintain regular communication with residents regarding the progress of repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with maintaining marketing and sales records, following up on inquiries, conducting inspections, and preparing contracts for new residents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in Administration and/or Sales/Marketing: Desired, particularly in coordination roles.
- Demonstrated empathy for helping older, vulnerable people.
- Provan experience with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of financial processes will be well regarded.
- Understand relevant legislation and injury management principles.
Other requirements:
- Valid Driver's Licence
