Return Operation Associate (Maternity Leave Contract)

This is a 12 month Maternity Leave contract.

Your Tasks

• Entering, documenting and managing the return of our products
• Manage the return orders and physical return of goods daily to ensure transactional accuracy maintained through our SAP system
• Reprocessing of credit returns to customer accounts
• Maintain accurate records and reporting against weekly activity to support the Supply Chain performance
• Ensure all return reprocessing items are stored and handled properly in line with company guidelines 
• Investigating and resolving customer return queries
• Assist with daily cycle counts

We are looking for an experienced data entry professional who has previous reverse logistics experience in a similar role and possesses strong computer skills. Preferred candidates will also have experience using SAP, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and a background in a hearing clinic or the health care industry.
