We are committed to provide internal opportunities for career development of our employees and have an exciting opportunity come up at our Distribution Centre (DC) in Canning Vale for a Returns Officer.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your role as a Returns Officer will be responsible for execution of the timely and efficient return of faulty, defective, and damaged items within the Distribution Centre (DC) in Canning Vale.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Receiving all returned products and entering them into our system, with photos/videos/test reports as required.
- Managing Return-to-Sender products and updating the relevant system.
- Returning stock to the warehouse pick face.
- Stripping products as required.
- Safely disposing products.
- Managing spare parts.
- Managing stock integrity and conducting cycle counts.
- Accurate record keeping.
- Managing your incoming Email inbox to assist with any claim enquiries.
- Ensuring quality issues are promptly reported to the Quality team.
Qualifications and Experience:
If you are a professional who looks to optimize work processes at every opportunity, coupled with your effective collaboration skills and is able to work autonomously will see your success in this role.
- Currently an employee of 4WD Supacentre.
- Have an LF license or willing to obtain one. (Preferably with High reach experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Able to lift up to 25KGs repetitively.
- Access to steel cap boots
