Form of workTX Civil & Logistics is a market leader in the utility & civil sectors installing and maintaining utility infrastructure across the Perth metro & regional WA areas.
We are seeking an additional Support Officer to team with and support our Operations.
Duties will be varied and include, inter alia, preparing job packs, operations administration, preparing reports, administrating human resource documents, preparing Dial Before You Dig maps, maintaining training records and mobile plant service records.
The person we are seeking would have previous exposure in administrative roles, be meticulous and attentive to detail with a demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher.
Good communication skills, excellent work ethic, ability to follow procedures & instructions and a professional approach are a requirement.
To be considered you would need to be a Perth metropolitan resident.
Pre-employment and ongoing drug & alcohol screening is conducted.
On the job training will be provided.
