The Opportunity
As Reuse Facilities Operations Manager, you will be the key driver of the leadership team in implementation and management of the Society’s business strategies at the Reuse Facilities, and providing strategic advice to the Director Commercial Operations in support of the Society’s Strategic Plan.
You will drive the Society’s Reuse Facilities to achieve their mission, which is to raise revenue through generous support of the community by making donations and purchases across the Society’s Reuse Facilities, while complying with ACT Government contractual obligations. This key financial support ensures the Society continues to deliver on its mission of giving a “hand up” to those less fortunate in our community.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience working as a senior leader with responsibility for areas of operations including recruitment, people, financial, service/product delivery and quality.
The successful applicant will also have a proven ability to think strategically and to provide value-adding direction to the organisation and its operations, delivering excellence and innovation, as well as the capacity to initiate and drive complex organisational change.
All employees are required to undertake a National Police Check upon commencement and must be obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Card. A current drivers’ licence is also required for this role.
