Our Client is a Major Landlord with a substantial portfolio nationally. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected brand and take ownership of the operational and tenancy coordination functions for the Shopping Centre.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with a huge array of stakeholders including the Retail Design Managers, the Leasing Team, Centre Management, and fit-out contractors to deliver a smooth process, as well as be across operational functions for the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering the fit-outs of tenancies
- Assisting with the creation and management of operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Looking after both reactive and preventative maintenance issues
- Monthly reporting
- Manage the programme of works
- Defects inspections
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Managing contractors
- Ensuring compliance and OH&S
- Shopping Centre Experience working as a Tenancy Coordinator or Facilities/Operations Manager
- Great contractor management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and understand plans and technical data
- Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance
