Operations Manager- Shopping Centre

The Client
Our Client is a Major Landlord with a substantial portfolio nationally. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected brand and take ownership of the operational and tenancy coordination functions for the Shopping Centre.
  
The Opportunity
You will work closely with a huge array of stakeholders including the Retail Design Managers, the Leasing Team, Centre Management, and fit-out contractors to deliver a smooth process, as well as be across operational functions for the centre.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administering the fit-outs of tenancies
• Assisting with the creation and management of operational and capital expenditure budgets
• Looking after both reactive and preventative maintenance issues
• Monthly reporting
• Manage the programme of works
• Defects inspections
• Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
• Managing contractors 
• Ensuring compliance and OH&S 

The Ideal Candidate

• Shopping Centre Experience working as a Tenancy Coordinator or Facilities/Operations Manager 
• Great contractor management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and understand plans and technical data 
• Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance
