Working in a small agency, as the Manager, People Operations you will play a key role by leading a multidisciplinary team while providing both operational and strategic HR to AFMA across a range of human resource management functions including workforce planning, industrial relations, policy development, performance, work health and safety and recruitment.You will assist the Senior Manager, People, Capability and Engagement to drive people related initiatives, support services and programs.
