One of Australia's largest government departments are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Revenue Administrator to join their dedicated Revenue Management team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the team, ensuring all procedures are followed and revenue streams are optimised.
What You'll Do
- Ensure adherence to revenue management policies and support internal/external audits.
- Assist with daily fund reconciliation and investigate/correct revenue irregularities.
- Resolve enquiries and financial issues, escalating complex matters to the Revenue Manager.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining revenue management files, registers, and archiving documents.
Who You Are
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
- Experience with daily fund reconciliation and identifying/correcting revenue discrepancies
- Proficiency in maintaining revenue management files, registers, and archiving documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding solutions.
- Understanding of relevant government revenue policies and regulations (desirable).
