Our client is a leading government organisation seeking a proactive and detail oriented Revenue Administrator to join their Revenue Management team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
Description
- Provide accurate and timely compliance with revenue management policies and requirements
- Provide support to internal and external audits ensuring appropriate revenue management controls are in place.
- Assist with reconciliation of daily funds movements
- Investigate and support correction of reported irregularities in revenues
- Assist with resolve enquiries and issues in relation to specific finance activities and take appropriate action including referring for review by the Revenue Manager
- Provide administrative support, maintaining confidential revenue management files, maintaining registers, archiving and recovering documents as required
Profile
- Relevant experience in revenue management
- Good system knowledge of SAP
- Understanding of government revenue policies and regulations
- Strong commitment and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
