Company Description The Fragrance Group is seeking a Multi - Hotel Revenue Manager to join our Revenue team. The Portfolio consists of the Mövenpick Hotel Hobart | Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer | ibis Styles Hobart | Novotel Devonport | Novotel Perth Murray Street. Job Description Assist the Director of Revenue in the daily implementation of hotel strategies for pricing, availability and distribution. Data analysis and reporting for key stakeholders in the business. Assist drive performance for targets such as RGI, Budgeted Revenue and Forecast Accuracy. Work with the S&M teams on group quoting, and to deliver promotions and packages. Open to flexibility with regard to working location – you can be based in one of the hotels, a hybrid arrangement, or a work-from-home arrangement depending on your location. Qualifications A creative problem solver with a naturally analytical mind with demonstrated experience in revenue management within the hotel industry. A sound working knowledge of hotel management systems and applications including excel, Opera, TARS (preferable) & EZRMS or iDeas. Superior organisational and administrative skills, and confidence in communication across various audiences and mediums. High motivation, energy and drive, along with a passion for learning.
