Do you want a high-flying corporate career working for the world’s largest air services provider, based in the beautiful Gold Coast?We are seeking an experienced and motivated Revenue Systems Analyst to join our head office team based at our Head Office in the Gold Coast.More about this role:Reporting to the General Manager of Finance, the Revenue Systems Analyst is responsible for updating, reviewing, and consolidating customer activity details in JDE in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. This role also includes, but is not limited to, reconciling pre-agreed pricing and menu plans, as well as liaising with customers to follow up on any outstanding reconciliation queries.What are your responsibilities?
- Ensure systems are updated to allow accurate and timely billing of customers.
- Identify and investigate data discrepancies.
- Resolve customer data issues in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation of Sales Orders in JDE with details provided by the Business Units and Pricing and Menu files.
- Develop and update weekly and monthly reports to monitor billing progress and accuracy.
- Reliable monitoring of systems and development of action plans to resolve any issues identified.
- Reconciliation with Customer Billing and Menu management systems to ensure both internal and external systems are aligned and accurate.
- Ensure execution of revenue-related internal controls through maintenance of and compliance with systems controls, contractual commitments, delegated authorities and policies / procedures
- Monitor and ensure follow up of all emails sent to the email distribution address.
- Coordinate and carry out effective communication with all key stakeholders.
- Respond to any changes in the departmental function as dictated by the business needs.
- Communicate with the Manager with regard to workload, payment disputes, system failures and data entry errors.
- Participating in regular internal security audits
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Experience in a high-volume reconciliation and system updating role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – lookups, macros, formula/model creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
