We are looking for a Service Technician based in Sydney, NSW, who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Water Treatment plants. As a site representative, you will also be responsible for promoting our services to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing and maintenance on equipment like Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, and Ultraviolet Disinfection.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, completing necessary repairs.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
- Foster communication and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate service reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Be open to weekend or nightshift work as needed.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Trade Qualified, or Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with water treatment equipment like RO, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Ultrafiltration.
- Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills focused on outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing workload efficiently.
- Flexible to travel to regional areas occasionally, with overnight stays possible.
