Food Service Design Consultant and RVT Design Technician.
Must have a minimum five years experience in the following.
1. Independent consultancy skills which are specifically related to the design and fitout of food related businesses including front and back of house knowledge.
2. Interior design skills which are specifically related to the design and fitout of food related businesses.
3. Food service design skills which are specifically related to the design and fitout of food related businesses.
4. Computer drafting and design skills using Revit software which are specifically related to the design of large commercial kitchens, bars, cold-rooms, restaurants, cafe's, and fast food.
5. Specific knowledge of the brands, capacities and operational use of commercial catering equipment to allow accurate selection of the correct appliances to specifically suit each project.
6. Liaise with and manage the external consultants including but not limited to hydraulics and mechanical services with proofreading and checking the documents before presenting to the client.
7. Management of a remote design team including setting tasks, time allocation, proof reading documents, training, and employment performance reviews.
8. Obtain site details including doing full site measures to obtain accurate details suitable for the completion of the food service designs and documents.
9. Directly communicate with clients to present the documents and services being provided.
10. Evidence of skills will be required.
