AddressEco Structures + WABi Group is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated, and detail-driven team member to join us in our Fremantle office.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects in the tourism and housing industries.
Given the continual growth in our companies, we are seeking a Revit Technician with the ability to work across multiple fast-paced projects and work closely with design leaders, structural drafters, estimation, and operation personnel.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- High competency in Revit (essential) and AutoCad (desirable). Minimum 3 years.
- High competency in Adobe Suite- Photoshop (essential) and InDesign (desirable).
- 3D modelling skills in rendering
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Ability to provide project team leadership on all stages of a project – feasibility studies, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, contract administration, consultant coordination and client liaison.
- Excellent time management skills – the ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and multitask.
- An ability to express creative ideas effectively both orally and through imagery and diagrams
- Relationship-building skills to work effectively with the Director, colleagues, clients, consultants, and authorities
- Excellent communication skills including an advanced level of English, both written and oral.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Project and Word.
Experience:
- Revit: 3 years (Required)
- Rendering: 2 years (Preferred)
