AddressOur client is a massive multinational organisation and a global leader in their field. They are in a period of growth looking for multiple engineers to work on radio and communications systems.
Location – Sydney or Brisbane
Permanent or contract positions available.
Senior Systems Engineer positions also available.
These roles require security clearance, our client can provide security clearance to relevant candidates if necessary. (NV1 or higher is ideal)
Bachelor of Engineering or similar tertiary education/qualification, expected.
Contracted to the Australian defence industry our client works in a variety of areas. From communications to weapons to Cyber Security and everything in between.
Role:
- Adhering to the project framework, quality, scheduling and budget
- Providing support across the entire system engineering life cycle
- Setting up/troubleshooting/testing radio communication and voice switching systems. (UHF,VHF,HF)
- Design and design review
- Documentation (design/user manuals)
- Integration
- Troubleshooting and support existing systems
- Support coordination of Systems Engineering activities and prioritisation
- Support engineering oversight of subcontractors and/or suppliers work scope to ensure successful delivery
- Installation of communication subsystems
- Stakeholder management, internal and external
