About the Role

Join our dynamic Retail and Business Banking Risk team as a Risk Analyst - Group Product. In this pivotal line 1 role, you'll be the backbone of support to Management and the Risk team, playing a key role in the identification, assessment, mitigation, management, and reporting of risks within the Retail and Business Banking Product teams. Your day-to-day will involve risk and control management, administration across incidents, issues, and treatment plans, risk assessments, process analysis, stakeholder management, and ad-hoc risk activities as directed by management. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and initiatives, and contributing to our culture of risk excellence.

About you

We're looking for a proactive, analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for risk management. You'll bring to the table your experience in risk assessments, a strong understanding of control management, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to articulate risk findings and influence decision-making effectively.
