Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Risk & Audit Officer to join our high-performing and collaborative team. This is an integral role for our business and is responsible for supporting the internal audit schedule for WA by conducting scheduled and adhoc operational audits to ensure compliance to contractual obligations, legislative and regulatory requirements and ISO Standard requirements 9001, 45001,14001, 27001 and supporting 55001.

As a Risk & Audit Officer with Programmed you will:
- Deliver the Internal Audit schedule for the PFM WA
- Identify, communicate and manage risks across the business
- Complete inspections and Audits onsite and proactively engage with our people
- Compile documentation and reports to ensure our Contracts meet their obligations
- Raise Opportunities for Improvements (OFI) as required
- Create training material; documents, work instructions as required
- Work closely with Risk, Quality, Compliance & Training Manager to ensure people are aware of change and how it impacts the business

- Internal Audit/Quality Audit qualifications
- Advanced Excel competency
- Excellent communication skills with a standout ability to build professional relationships
- Outstanding attention to detail and self-motivation
