Dealer Clean Pty Ltd currently has a position of Customer Service Manager for a full-time contract to provide exceptional service to automotive brands across Victoria with 100+dealerships.

Salary: $90,000.00 plus Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Experience required: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the relevant industry
The successful candidate will be responsible for below duties as well as working closely with the management team. A challenging role where you will be required to be hands-on, calm under pressure and always leading the team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
1. Develops and refines policies, programs, and protocols related to customer interactions and service offerings, aligning them with the company's commitment to exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE for automotive brands across Victoria.
2. Manages and supervises CUSTOMER SERVICE operations and after-sales support, cultivating strong partnerships with car dealership brands to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Maintains the efficiency of call center operations, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to meet the needs of automotive clients.
4. Provides leadership and mentorship to team members, actively participating in talent acquisition processes to build a skilled workforce dedicated to superior CUSTOMER SERVICE.
5. Guides and empowers CUSTOMER SERVICE staff, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence in delivering services to automotive brands.
6. Develops and implements strategies for post-sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing product performance, and continuously improving service quality to meet the high standards of car dealership brands.
7. Collaborates closely with internal departments, external service providers, and automotive clients to understand and address their specific requirements, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
