The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution service and confiscation practice.
This position participates in the development, review and ongoing implementation and improvement of the ODPP's risk, compliance and Incident management reporting policies, practices and frameworks and its supporting management systems. It also undertakes incident and risk management reviews, reporting on the extent to which the Office of the Director Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is complying with the statutory and administrative obligations that govern its operations.
To be successful in this role, applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated ability and experience in interpreting and applying administrative, legislative and policy requirements.
- Proven ability to conduct research and analysis on a range of identified issues in support of improvement and risk minimisation opportunities.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving abilities with capacity to consult and liaise with a range of people in different contexts
