About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Risk, Compliance & Assurance Manager (two roles) to work at group level within the Risk, Compliance and Assurance team
We are looking for applicants with a broad background in risk, compliance, and assurance management, plus seeking to apply their specialist experience and skills at group level in either the risk management or compliance areas.
The Risk, Compliance and Assurance team supports the business to achieve its strategic and operational objectives for risk, compliance, and assurance management. This is a great time to join that team to play a key role in maturing our frameworks, systems, and practices across those three areas.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a large organisation that has a broad operating footprint.
- Excellent knowledge of risk, compliance and assurance frameworks and systems applied at the organisational level.
- Specialist experience and skills in implementing group level programs and practices, particularly in either risk management or compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to strengthen their capabilities, support program delivery and drive continuous improvement.
