When we say this role works across all areas of TWE, we mean it! As our Risk and Governance Analyst, you'll work across vineyards, wineries and corporate offices to help the business understand and manage risks, and turn risks into business opportunities.
- Provide advice and support to the business on managing key risks, including design of mitigating plans where required
- Support the Risk & Governance Manager with the coordination and facilitation of risk assessments
- Support business stakeholders to develop and improve business continuity plans, covering the full range of TWE's Global business from vineyards and wineries to corporate functions
- Identify and implement of continuous improvement opportunities to the GRC system and related processes.
- Advise and consult the business to design and implement effective commercial ways to address actions and optimise processes
About you
You don't need to be a finance or legal professional to work in this role - what is more important is your drive to learn and grow!
You will be a highly organized person, with amazing interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
- Demonstrable understanding of TWE as an organization, our strategies and goals
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo
- High levels of attention to detail
- The ability to problem solve and work "in the gray"
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
- Previous experience working within large enterprise organization, such as consulting firms highly regarded
