About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses in our Acute Stroke Unit/ Acute Medical Unit. Ward 4A is a 32 bed private ward consisting of 6 dedicated stroke unit beds and 26 general medical beds. 4A is fast paced and an exciting place to work. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, dynamic team of dedicated nurses and multidisciplinary team, providing quality, evidenced based care.

As an experience Nurse you will bring to our team:

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years in an Acute hospital setting experience is essential
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
  • Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
  • Flexibility with shift allocations and the commitment to work a rotating roster. We offer 12hr and 8hr shifts.

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024, a salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.79 per hour.
