Position: Roadside Mechanic
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide on-the-spot mechanical services.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle issues, including but not limited to engine problems, flat tyres, battery failures, and more.
- Assist stranded motorists with tyre changes, jump starts, and other emergency repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and providing a positive and reassuring experience.
To be successful for the role, you must have or be willing to obtain and operate an ACN
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge, understanding of motor/electric vehicles
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
