You’re a self-professed specialty coffee nerd. You have excellent communication skills and can build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
You take pride in your work and enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
You enjoy variety in your daily tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
You are organised and capable of working autonomously to ensure all required work is completed yet can flex where needed to ensure customers get what they need when they need it.
Key accountabilities:
- Maintaining high quality product standards through roasting, fulfilling and delivering orders
- Foster lasting customer relationships through great communication
- Brand ambassadorship
- Planning, dispatching and delivery wholesale orders
- Maintain a clean, approachable warehouse environment.
- Attending to and assenting in cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Roasting and quality controlling our range of espresso blends and single origins.
- Actively engage in your own training and professional development
Essential skills
- Coffee experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Driver’s license
