AddressRandstad is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced civil Roller Operator (Specifically smooth drum) for ongoing work with a reputable company. The current work is based in Ipswich, however there are operations all over Brisbane, so you would be able to work as close to home as practicable.
About the Role:
As a Roller Operator and Labourer, this is a long term opportunity to work initially on a temporary basis with view to permanency.
Hours are Monday - Friday with opportunity for Saturday mornings also.
Duties:
- Operate Roller with precision and efficiency
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Skills and Experience:
- Valid Roller Ticket and demonstrated experience in operating rollers
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques and equipment
- Physical fitness and ability to perform labour-intensive tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Effective communication skills to work as part of a team
