We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Morningside office team in the position of Roofing Coordinator.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Working closely with our Roofing Team & Construction Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Data entry into our job management program
- Liaising with Customers, Suppliers, Subcontractors and our internal team
- Scheduling works with our internal roofing team and subcontractors
- Ordering materials and co-ordinating deliveries in line with scheduled works
- Manage incoming phone and email enquiries
- Generating reports and photo books using supplied information
Skills & Experience required:
- Roofing industry experience is a must - either as a roofer or a coordinator
- Ability to understand and anticipate requirements for a roofing job to be successfully completed, including; timelines, materials, access & budgets
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Highly computer literate
- An ability and willingness to quickly learn new software/systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Must be reliable and provide references
