Certified Roofing is a long-established Metal Roofing company operating in the Redlands since 2004. We specialise in residential and commercial roof replacements, commercial roofing maintenance and working on iconic buildings. This Metal Roofing Project Coordinator role will be based at our office in Capalaba, with projects serviced from the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast.
About the role
Working with our highly experienced Project Manager and Estimating team, the Project Coordinator duties will include:
- Liaising with new and existing clients regarding scheduling and progress of projects
- Reviewing quotes, drawings, photos and take offs
- Drafting/drawing flashings and ordering of all materials and equipment hire
- Scheduling projects and assigning suitable subcontractors
- Liaising with suppliers to build relationships and maintain goodwill and reputation

Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on experience and knowledge.
Skills and experience
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A highly experienced, motivated metal roofer with a minimum of 5 years Metal Roofing experience in both the residential and commercial sectors
- A strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Effective time management
- General Safety Induction Card and Working at Heights Card
- Proficient with most Microsoft programs (specifically Excel) and smart phone devices
- Prior experience with AroFlo (preferred but not a requirement)
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to handle heavy workloads and cope in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Overall positive attitude and open to learning new skills
- The availability to start immediately (preferred but not a requirement)
Salary and Remuneration
