Baker Roofing specialises In all aspects of Roofing including Metal Roofing, Tiles and Slating. We are part of the HCR group with offices in ,Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We focus on impressing our clients and ensuring our employees enjoy their job.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations manager to run the project delivery part of business. The Operations Manager will work closely with he National Ops manager and sales team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The Operations Manager will also manage quality workmanship is applied to all work carried out.

Your Duties

· Ordering Materials from suppliers

· Scheduling jobs with both client and installers

· Managing installers insurances are up to date

· Managing project budgets

· Working closely with suppliers to get the best price

· Weekly reporting to the group on P/L of the VIC operations

· Ensuring customers are well informed of proceedings for their job

· Scheduling safety systems are in place prior to starting

· Ensuring Risk assessments are done prior to work start

Your Experience

· You will have a minimum of 10 years Roofing experience in Metal Roofing. Advantageous for Tiles and Slate experience

· You will have excellent presentation skills

· You will be somewhat computer literate. We use basic Microsoft products such as Excel, Work

· You pride yourself on quality workmanship

· You have managed teams of employees/crews for many years

· You know how to measure roof areas
