We are looking for full time Diploma and Cert III Educators who would like to take the next step in their career to reach their full potential.
Qualifications & experience
- Strong knowledge within the Childcare industry.
- Certificate III or Diploma-level early childhood qualification.
- Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, communication, parent and community liaison.
- Relevant working with vulnerable people card, police checks, child protection course, - First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma.
- Understanding of the NQS and EYLF.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Communicate ideas and assist in scaffolding programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children.
- Work passionately to develop relationships that support and partner with families.
- Engaging in professional communication with Parents and Educators.
- Ensuring the rooms and environment are well maintained.
- We are supporting and assisting fellow staff with running the centre rooms.
- We are providing the highest level of care to all children within the centre.
