Our venue consists of a 45-room hotel, sports bar and restaurant for hotel guests and the community. Many of the up to 40 staff also live on-site and this is a very busy hotel to live, work, experience and explore the Kimberley region.
Key responsibilities & requirements:
Ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service
Ensure high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
To understand all standards of room cleanliness
To consistently clean assigned rooms to the standards of cleanliness of Kimberley Accommodation
Maintaining shelf organisation in the storerooms
Replenishing storeroom supplies
Removing rubbish and dirty linens from rooms
Sweeping and vacuuming floors
Reporting maintenance problems
Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc
Public area cleaning
Use safe manual handling techniques at all times and take a consultative role to assist in achieving a healthy and safe working environment
The successful applicants will have excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards, be able to work independently and as part of a team
