Your responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operations and strategic management of the business we are seeking a candidate who is passionate about leading their team in an environment that is customer centric, focused on profit and performance and dedicated to offering ongoing professional development to their team.
With full P&L accountability, strong financial acumen is an essential part of this role as we want you to manage this business as though it were your own with passion and purpose.
With a minimum of 2 years experience leading medium sized to large teams within a seated restaurant or QSR environment. The right candidate will have excellence in staff retention who can build positive and dynamic relationships within the team.
