The roleCrown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping teams in both Part-Time and Full-Time capacities.In this role, you'll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Day to day turnover of rooms including cleaning the bathroom, changing linen, vacuuming and restocking of amenities.
- Ensure that Crown's polished 5-star standards are on full display and promptly report any maintenance issues during your shift.
- Respect guest privacy and provide joyful customer service experiences.
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Previous Housekeeping (preferred) or commercial cleaning experience.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate within large multicultural teams.
- A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback.
Additional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to:
- Be willing and able to work a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays (we provide roster details up to 6 weeks in advance!).
- Provide full working rights in Australia.
