About the Role

• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Ensure thorough understanding menu and special offerings including dietary.
• Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and venue/hotel offerings.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.
• Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment and areas, return equipment to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Use clear and professional language when speaking with others.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Assist follow talent to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
