Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Village Early Learning Stirling. We are looking for a Room Leader for our Nursery Room (0-1 years) and Qualified Room Assistant for our second Nursery Room (1-2 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged in accordance with the centre's philosophy and curriculum.
- Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support children's individual needs and interests, providing guidance, encouragement, and support as they explore and learn.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent.
- Relevant experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
- Passion for Early Childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
