Web & CRM) to relevant stakeholders in TMCA, such as Sales, Marketing, Lexus, and Franchise Planning to provide the business with well-integrated technology and information systems support and to enable TMCA to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives.The role is part of Digital Connected Services (DCS) which is responsible for providing strategic Information and Technology leadership, reliable enterprise solutions and impactful experiences to our Dealers and our Customers, to enable the achievement of Toyota’s business objectivesThis is a Permanent role based at Port MelbourneHow you’ll make an impactProvide vision and direction to our partnered development teams and confidence to our internal stakeholders throughout the delivery of digital initiativesAssist internal stakeholders with the defining and prioritisation of product feature functionality for use by software development team.Assist Product Management in defining the product vision, roadmap, and future growth opportunities.Ensure that digital experiences (online, service integrations and relationships) perform against agreed objectives and success metrics.
