AddressWe are looking for a Rope Access Supervisor to work on Wind Turbines and manage a team on Wind Farms in Wellington.
Role Responsibilities:
The Rope Access Supervisor will work with the Rope Access Manager and team members to deliver specific projects to budget complying with company health and safety, quality and environmental standards. The successful applicant will be required to plan and manage teams and liaise with the client.
Applicants should:
- Have relevant certificates / qualifications
- 2 years + experience in a similar role
- Leadership experience
- Follow reporting processes
- Have experience with QA reporting (producing and delivering)
- Rope Access qualification (ideally IRATA L3)
- Be a team player and understand the importance of teamwork
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiar and compliant with industry personal protective requirements
- Understanding of HSE responsibilities
- Industrial painting experience (desirable)
- Wind farm experience / authorised technical (desirable)
- Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Certificate (desirable)
- Be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
