tamasin.krakouer@homes.vic.gov.au M: 0487 322 306Position DetailsTHE ROLEThe Principal Advisor position provides a great opportunity for a high-performing individual to formulate partnerships to shape housing and homelessness reform for the Victorian Aboriginal community. This will be done through developing strong relationships with the Aboriginal community and with various departments across government. You will be part of a small, dynamic fast-paced team which develops, evaluates and implements policies advice and key programs at a strategic level and liaises closely with those working at an operational level. You will have demonstrable experience of being a critical and analytical thinker; being proactive and organised; and having excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.Are you:

  • A strong project manager with practices to support delivery of policy reform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
