Rostering Coordinator (Aged Care and Disability) – Brisbane
Purpose of Position
The purpose of this role is to provide rostering administrative support to Prodigy Health staff and the Facilities that we service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff rosters in accordance with client preferences.
- Answer new potential client enquiries regarding available service provision.
- To contribute to the necessary administration duties, including telephone answering to ensure that client focused service is delivered in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
- Perform Staff welfare assessments during the communication of rosters and shifts required to be filled.
- Assisting with data input into rostering software,
- Responding to roster inquiries from relevant staff,
- Answering inbound inquiries from customers and assist with inquiries.
- Being on call after hours and during weekends when assigned as required.
- Contact customers to ensure service requirements are met.
- Updating rosters based on facility needs.
- Contacting (via phone, text, email, etc.) customers/facilities to advise of rostering changes.
- Contacting relevant staff to advise of roster changes.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support staff.
- Assessing and managing risk in line with quality standards.
- Escalating issues to the Operations Coordinator.
- Assisting in project work to improve team processes.
- Other duties as required.
What we offer
- Salary Package Range of $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
