They are seeking an experienced home care Rosterer/Scheduler. This full time position is based in the Brisbane CBD, close to public transport. Monday to Friday (no weekends and no on-call).
This position works in the Rostering Team scheduling carers providing in-home services to Seniors. The Rostering Coordinator works closely with the Care Manager, Coordinators, Clinicians and direct care workers, as such we are looking for someone who is a team player, an excellent communicator and people person. The ability to speak another language is highly valued.

The organisation offers Salary Packaging Options up to $15,900 pa of your salary tax free (Non-Profit organisation) and a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team environment.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum of 1 years experience rostering/scheduling within a home care organisation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Experience using Rostering Systems in a fast paced environment with accurate data entry skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and changing priorities
- A team player who is able to work collaboratively with others
- Kind and understanding of the needs of clients and their families
You will need to have current permanent working rights in Australia, a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) and be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza.
