We are seeking tech-savvy applicants to commence in ourRostering team located in our Albury office.

Key Responsibilities:

This position coordinates rosters for our regions to ensure costeffective and timely allocation of shifts in-line with the relevantagreement. This position will liaise with customers and employeeson a regular basis with a strong focus on problem solving andanalytical thinking.

The Rostering Coordinator works in a fast-paced, high pressureenvironment where attention to detail is imperative for success.This position works with rostering software (Procura), MicrosoftSuite and other in-house systems.

This position is a full-time permanent position with a rotatingroster across the hours 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm including publicholidays. This position is to commence as soon as practicable.

About You:

  • Previous experience in either scheduling or rostering is highlyregarded
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly
  • Ability to understand and interpret multiple EA's or modernawards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced/high pressureenvironment with set deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think outsidethe box
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior tocommencement
  • Current Drivers License
