In accordance with established policies, guidelines, systems and processes the Rostering Services Support Officer will support best practice in respect to data integrity and security of information within the ProAct Rostering System and will provide:
- Effective rostering and Award/payroll administrative assistance and support to Hospitals North Managers and relevant stakeholders, using the rostering and payroll systems utilised by the Department of Health.
- Administrative support, including training, for managers/stakeholders on rostering and system related issues, including collation of staffing related management reports.
- Administrative and clerical support to the Team Leader - Rostering and Information Office.
The team:
- Working in a small team in a modern, open-plan workplace
- Focus on accuracy, attention to detail and data integrity
Permanent, part time, day worker position working 30.4 hours per fortnight, commencing from 18 March 2024
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
