About the role
We are currently seeking a Settlements and Financial Services Support Officer to join our team in Sutherland!
This role will require extensive liaison with our Finance partners, Business Managers, Sales Staff, Contractors and some direct contact with our customers.
This position ideally will be full time Monday to Friday with flexible start & finish times on offer - HOWEVER we will also consider this to be a part-time position, or Monday to Friday school hours - for the right candidate.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Preparation and Settlement of customer finance contracts
- Creation of warranties, aftermarket invoices, and purchase orders
- Paying out loans on vehicle trades ins
- Electronic filing and scanning of customer agreements and finance contracts
- Ongoing CRM and logs maintenance
- Co-ordinating jobs and work to be carried out by aftermarket fitment contractors
- Allocating, receipting and updating funds and settlement remittances to sales contracts
Skills and experience
- Strong communication skills – written & verbal are essential.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be a team player
- Office administration skills is not necessary – but highly regarded
- Current NSW Drivers License
