About the role:
Due to acquiring NEW contracts within the HPS Pharmacies group, Exciting and unique opportunities now present themselves for dedicated Pharmacists to join our wonderful and EXPANDING Victorian team of HPS Pharmacies.
We have 1 Permanent FT 38 hours per week role. Your roster will be given 2 weeks in advance.
The successful candidates will be expanding their Pharmacy knowledge to cover Dispensary, Clinical and Oncology throughout our network of Private Hospitals.
You will required to service all the HPS sites across Melbourne. Travelling for this role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medication chart reviews, medication reconciliation and medication management plans
- Prepare medication profiles
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care and expert professional knowledge
- Dispense and supply medications in line with legal and professional requirements
- Clinical liaison with the relevant hospital wards and clinics
About you:
- Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration
- Australian Drivers License
- Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider
- Advanced oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff
- A high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
- The ability to organize complex tasks and solve problems
- A patient-centric mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
- A desire to learn and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders
