What you will be doing:
This fantastic role with Nepean Hospital's Physiotherapy department is responsible for the development and provision of high-quality Physiotherapy services to assigned caseload. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of the highest quality Physiotherapy services to patients of Nepean Hospital. You will be employed on a rotational basis within various departments within the Hospital. Day-to-day you will be applying clinical skills in Physiotherapy to ensure the application of the highest quality standards in both the assessment and treatment of patients. Quality Patient Care supported by a comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment is the vision of the Physiotherapy department. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
Selection criteria to be addressed: * Degree in Physiotherapy and National Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas
- Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of & experience with Quality Improvement & Evidence Based practice
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
