About the Role
Offering full-time employment, an opportunity exists for a talented and experienced RTO Administration and Compliance Officer to support the overall operations of the RTO, working closely with all members of the training team to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures through regular quality assurance practices and consultation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor appropriate use of RTO systems
- Monitor entries to compliance registers
- Support the Training Management Team to prepare and implement policies, procedures and other RTO documentation
- Prepare and maintain RTO training calendars
- Support the Facilities Manager to maintain a presentable and functional space for students and staff
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain RTO registers, ensure relevant staff are aware of items and actions are reflected on the register
- Submit quarterly AVETMISS reporting
- Prepare and maintain Validation schedule including booking participants, record keeping and reporting outcomes
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven administration experience
- Strong VETtrack and MS office experience
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Energetic, resilient and innovative
