Tesla Academy is an aspiring Local RTO committed to excellence in First Aid training. We are in the process of applying for registration with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and are excited to offer courses in Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009), Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), and Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012). Our mission is to equip our students with the knowledge and skills to perform First Aid confidently and competently.

The Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective training sessions in the above-mentioned First Aid units, assess student performance, and contribute to the development of training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in HLTAID009, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012.
• Assess students' knowledge and skills in line with ASQA standards.
• Provide feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Essential Criteria

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Current qualifications in HLTAID009, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012.
• Proven experience in delivering and assessing First Aid training courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
