RTO Manager
Gowrie Training & Consultancy (RTO45602) a leader in the delivery of education and care qualifications, is seeking a dynamic and experienced RTO Manager to drive strategic and operational excellence and growth. Working within the Learning, Development, and Inclusion team at Lady Gowrie Tasmania you will be part of the broader vision of cultivating innovation, continuous improvement, and educational excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The RTO Manager leads a small team of Trainers and Assessors and works with the team to develop programs, deliver training, assessment, and support to learners statewide.
This Manager reports to the General Manager of Learning, Development & Inclusion
As part of the role, you will:
- Lead, develop and mentor the RTO team in delivering top-tier training and assessment services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sector partners, employers, and government bodies, ensuring our training remains relevant & engaging.
- Leverage technology to enable innovation through the review, creation and management of sound RTO systems and processes.
- Supervise the planning of training and assessment sessions, resources and tools that comply with RTO Standards and ensure availability to support delivery.
- Ensure the timely progression of RTO students linked to their individual training plans and the RTO goals and budgets.
- Coordinate training and assessment (and delivery where relevant) in accordance with the requirements of the training and assessment strategy/s.
ABOUT YOU
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Current drivers’ licence and ability to travel statewide.
- A sound understanding and knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ability to drive transformation through inspiring and empowering people in lifelong learning.
- Effective and efficient use of digital technology (software and hardware).
- Have strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Hold a current registration for Working with Vulnerable People (Child Related Activity)
